Распаковщик библиотек формата .JCL из игры Speed Haste (Circuit Racer).

Игра использует только SPEEDH.JCL, но позволяет подключать и другие.

Формат полностью разобран - см. исходные коды.

Программа выложена с исходными кодами на C.
