Replace check "if (i ^ 0x8F2C4777)" with "if (0)" in source codes and recompile. Or change with any hex editor byte at offset 0000084B in "jdvsvdec.exe" from 0x74 to 0xEB. Crypting back is unsupported and untested feature so use it at your own risk.
